SellKwic provides a no‑code store builder. You are solely responsible for your products, content, and compliance with applicable laws.

You must keep your login credentials secure. You are liable for all activities under your account.

Illegal goods, counterfeit products, or items that infringe intellectual property are strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to suspend stores that violate these terms.

4. Fees & Payments

Sellkwic offers a free plan with basic features. Paid plans may be introduced in the future; you will be notified before any charges apply.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms. You may delete your store at any time from your dashboard.
